This has been quite an engrossing flavor of NBA sport so far. Who would have intellect ion that the Kings and Thunder, two of the four poorest teams in the league terminal season, would suddenly rise from the ashes and already have nearly as many wins at this point as they did every year terminal season? Did anyone expect that the Suns would suddenly play great sport again? Things have sure been interesting; with some pleasant surprises making this flavor very pleasant so far.
Let’s turn the tables for a minute and take a countenance at the biggest disappointments so farther as farther as teams are concerned. Who has permitted us down the most since the flavor started?
Well, the Pistons definitely deserve a mention. At 11-21 to start the season, it’s clear that the once mighty Pistons have completely fallen. After the losses of Chauncey Billows terminal flavor and Rushed Wallace during the off season, it’s clear that the core of this group is gone and Detroit sport is once again in a hazy state.
How about the Hornets? This was a group that would attain the playoffs year in and year out under the leadership of Chris Paul, though it doesn’t countenance as things might work out that way this season. With a 14-16 record, the Hornets are actually playing losing sport so far. Chris Paul can’t do it all, and his supporting cast has been nothing short of disappointing to feature the least.
Last are the Golden State Warriors. This was a playoff group that beat the #1 Mavericks just a few seasons ago, and suddenly this group is movement at 9-22 with the second poorest record in the Western Conference. Makes you astonishment if Coach Don Nelson’s days may be limited.
I’ll update this again next month to see if the same teams remain on my list. Hopefully they can turn things around!
